FORTEX SYSTEMS SERRALLERS

When to assess or replace a lock · Sant Cugat del Vallès

Wear, loss of key control and changes of use call for different assessments.

Fortex branded vehicle for Sant Cugat del Vallès

A difficult lock may be worn or affected by door alignment. Replacing it without finding the cause may not resolve the issue.

Lost keys or changes of authorised users call for a review of who holds copies. Depending on the system, replacement or compatible reconfiguration may be considered.

Consider the door, frame, cylinder and fittings together. Ask about compatibility and maintenance; a brand alone does not describe the whole installation.

How we coordinate assistance

Call with the issue, access type and service location.
